Congressman Christopher Shays, Democratic challenger Diane Farrell and Libertarian candidate Phil Maymin will debate on Wednesday, October 4th at 1pm. News Channel 8 will broadcast Vote 2006: The 4th Congressional District Debate exclusively online at www.wtnh.com . If you miss it online, the debate will also air on News Channel 8 on Sunday, October 8th at 1pm.

Vote 2006: The 4th Congressional District Debate will be broadcast live from the Stamford Marriott Hotel. Durham J. Monsma, Publisher and CEO of The Stamford/Norwalk Advocate & The Greenwich Time will moderate the debate. Questions to the candidates will be presented by media representatives from News Channel 8, The Stamford/Norwalk Advocate & The Greenwich Time, and WSTC-WNLK Radio.
